Credit Account Application Form

1. Definitions
Company: Refers to Glentworth Formulations Ltd.
Customer: Refers to the entity or individual applying for a credit account.
Goods: Refers to the products supplied by the Company.
Services: Refers to any services provided by the Company.
2. Application Process
The Customer must complete the credit account application form in full.
The Company reserves the right to conduct credit checks and verify the information provided.
Approval of the credit account is at the sole discretion of the Company.
3. Credit Limit
The Company will assign a credit limit to the Customer upon approval of the application.
The Company reserves the right to review and adjust the credit limit at any time.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All payments must be made in the currency specified on the invoice.
5. Use of Credit Account
The credit account is to be used solely for the purchase of Goods and Services from the Company.
The Customer must notify the Company immediately of any unauthorised use of the credit account.
6. Delivery and Risk
Delivery dates are estimates only and the Company is not liable for any delays.
Risk in the Goods passes to the Customer upon delivery.
7. Title
Title to the Goods remains with the Company until full payment is received.
The Company reserves the right to reclaim Goods if payment is not made in accordance with the terms.
8. Returns and Claims
All returns must be authorised by the Company and are subject to the Company’s returns policy.
Claims for missing or damaged Goods must be made within 24 hours of scheduled delivery date.
9. Customer Obligations
The Customer agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
The Customer must inform the Company of any changes in their financial status or business structure.
10. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate the credit account at any time with immediate effect.
The Customer may terminate the account by providing written notice to the Company.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any information obtained as part of the credit account application and subsequent transactions.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with UK Law.
13. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be provided to the Customer.
14. Acceptance
By submitting the credit account application, the Customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
